1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, signing in via Google, or participating in any tournament, league, or match hosted on the PlayVear Esports platform (playvear.com), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

Players must register using an authentic Google Account.
Each user is permitted only one active PlayVear account. Multiple accounts operated by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
Users must provide accurate In-Game Names (IGN) and UID for Free Fire or other supported competitive games.

3. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat Code of Conduct

The use of third-party hacks, mod menus, emulators (unless explicitly permitted), panel scripts, or bug exploits results in immediate permanent account termination.
Team collusion, match-fixing, or deliberate feeding will lead to immediate disqualification and forfeiture of earned tokens and ranking scores.

4. Tokens, Deposits & Withdrawals

PlayVear tokens are platform utility currency used for tournament entry fees and competitive prize distributions.
Token additions and prize payouts are processed through verified mobile financial channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, UPAY).
PlayVear reserves the right to audit transactions suspected of fraudulent activity or policy violations.

5. Tournament Rules & Host Guidelines

Verified hosts must distribute Room ID and Password prior to match start times.
Players must join assigned lobbies punctually. Absence penalties (Health Points & Economy Score deductions) will be automatically enforced for no-shows.
Match results approved by platform administrators and verified match evidence are final and binding.

6. Platform Rights & Modifications

PlayVear Esports reserves the right to modify rules, tournament structures, and platform features at any time to maintain competitive integrity and fair community gameplay.
